General plumbing
Heating is the main work, but Sage still takes on general plumbing, from a tap that needs changing to a leak under the sink.
Jobs to ask about
- Changing or repairing taps
- Leaks under sinks
- Other everyday plumbing jobs: describe what is happening
If water is leaking and you cannot stop it, turn off your water at the stopcock. It is often under the kitchen sink.
When could the work be done?
Availability for smaller jobs depends on how busy Barry is with heating work. He will tell you when he could fit it in.
What happens after you get in touch
You call or email
Tell Barry what the job is and where it is. If he is working and cannot answer, try again later or send an email.
Barry talks it through
He asks what he needs to know and tells you whether it is a job he can take on, and when he might be available.
You agree the next step
That might be a visit to look at the job, or a price for the work. Nothing is booked until you and Barry have agreed it.
Getting in touch is an enquiry. It is not a booking, a quote or a confirmed appointment.
Talk to Barry about your job
Call or email with what the job is and your postcode.
If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. It is free and open day and night.
