What this website collects

This website has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising tags or social media trackers, and it does not load anything from other websites. You can read it without giving any personal information.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type, so that it can deliver the page and protect the service from misuse. The lawful basis is Sage's legitimate interest in delivering the website and keeping it secure. Vercel keeps this information for the periods set out in its own policies. HD Southern Development can see it in the hosting account.

When you call or email

The phone and email links on this website open your own phone or email app. What you send goes straight to Barry Robinson, not through this website or HD Southern Development.

Sage Plumbing & Heating Ltd uses what you tell it, such as your name, phone number, address and the details of the job, to reply to you, to arrange and carry out any work you agree, and to keep the business records it needs. The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and meeting legal obligations such as keeping accounts. Records kept for legal reasons, such as accounts, are kept for as long as the law requires. Other details are kept only as long as they are needed for these purposes.

Sage's email service is provided by Google, so emails you send to Barry are stored by Google on Sage's behalf.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere, and object to or ask Sage to restrict how it is used. Email barry@sageplumbingheating.co.uk and Sage will respond within one month, as the law requires.
